Salary Range:$73,238-$90,471
SUMMARY:
Kennedy Valve is currently seeking a professional, initiative-taking individual to fill the role of Maintenance Utility Supervisor. This position reports to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager. This position will become the "gate keeper" for Maintenance Pro and the coordination of work orders to the Shop floor. Flexibility to navigate back and forth between 1st and 2nd shift for Maintenance Supervisor coverage as needed for vacations and special projects.
Job DescriptionJOB DUTIES
* Manage day-to-day operations of Maintenance Pro
o Schedule work orders with Shift Supervisors to meet the needs of the production team.
o Entry of proactive and reactive Maintenance response forms into the Maintenance Pro system
* Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to complete day-to-day tasks as required.
* Assist with developing strategic Preventative Maintenance plans to minimize down time and scrap.
* Assist with coordinating Facility and contractor related projects.
* Respond to production breakdowns and repairs as needed.
* Assist with machine move planning and coordination.
* Support daily Manufacturing Start-Up as needed.
* Assist in training and development of hourly Team Members.
* Work closely with MRO buyers to complete Parts Order requisitions and ensure parts and material are received in a timely manner. (Non-Applied managed parts)
* Support accuracy of Maintenance Stores Inventory.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have at least 3-5 years professional experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics.
* 1 - 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Experience with CMMS system management preferred but will train the right candidate.
* Must have a valid Driver's License in which meets Company Vehicle Driving Policy.
* Must be able to acquire and maintain a Forklift operator license.
* Must be able to stand, walk and sit for periods of 8+ hours at a time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Standing for extended periods of time, walking throughout the facility, ability to lift 50lbs as required.
Work Environment
* Exposed to elements, such as cold, heat, noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
* Work time is spent in a managerial office and on the manufacturing floor.
