Murphy Company is currently looking for entry level GENERAL PLANT UTILITY workers in our Elma, Washington softwood veneer plant. Murphy Company is a leading North American manufacturer of high-quality wood products and operates six facilities throughout Oregon and Washington.

RATES START AT $18.03/PER HOUR PLUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL AND VARY BASED UPON EXPERIENCE. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience -

· Able and willing to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery

· Able to work nights and evenings, overtime, as well as some weekends

· Able to perform essential physical functions of the position, which may include climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, lifting, and bending, work from heights, and stand or walk for 1-4 hours at a time for 10 hours

· Able to perform labor intensive work

· High School Diploma or GED

· Must be 18 years old
