Aerotek Cleanroom Production Operator in Ellington, Connecticut
We are looking to hire entry level machine operators to join our manufacturing team. We have openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Individuals will be responsible for monitoring machines which are producing various plastic parts. Candidates must inspect the product and package it. Willing to train individuals.
Shift:
1 st : 6:30am – 3:30pm
2 nd : 2:30pm – 11:00pm
3 rd : 10:30pm – 7:00am
Job Description:
· The purpose of this position is to run molding machines and secondary operations as required
· Provide confirmation of product quality and, in some cases, a key part of a single cycle molding operation
· Safety is everyone's responsibility
· Inspect parts quality
· Confirm route sheets and work instructions
· Heat-staking
· Part assembly and packaging (boxes, bags, labels, sealing)
· Stamp accountability
· Sign daily sheets
· Routine cleaning of machines and work area
· Regular, on-time attendance at work is an essential function
· Communicates directly with Material Technicians, Mold Technicians, Process Technicians and Quality Technicians
