The Project Coordinator is the primary contact point and liaison between the center and all its shareholders. This includes internal and external partners, professional contributors, student organizations, etc. The Project Coordinator will manage and coordinate day to day incoming emails, calls, and other channels of communication; coordinate grant budget activities; coordinate projects; coordinate training session scheduling. Job Duties - Engages as the primary contact and liaison between the center and all its shareholders. This includes internal and external partners, professional contributors, student organizations, etc. - Manages and coordinates the day-to-day incoming emails, calls, and other channels of communication. - Coordinates projects and training session scheduling. - Plans, coordinates, and monitors scheduling of presentations. - Understands and consistently utilizes CWU policies, procedures and practices. - Coordinates and implements communicative functions of the Office of and Readiness. - Develops and implements a strategic plan for communication with Office of Inclusivity and Readiness shareholders; evaluate communication outcomes and report to Office of Inclusivity and Readiness Director - Facilitates collaboration between Office of Inclusivity and Readiness administration, faculty and staff and students, and other external stakeholders. - Produces Office of Inclusivity and Readiness specific communications such as websites and newsletters for distribution both within the university and externally (e.g., to alumni, future students, corporate partners). - Keep and publicize an Office
