Senior Manager, Pharmacist Account Management

Location: Elkridge, MD (On-site)

Relocation Assistance + Sign-on Bonus Available

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Pharmacist Account Management, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative drug solutions to our government clients. As a key leader, you will ensure compliance with contract requirements, serve as the primary client point-of-contact, and drive revenue growth to meet P&L targets.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and function as the primary client point-of-contact.

  • Develop and administer company policies to ensure compliance standards are met.

  • Meet P&L targets to achieve revenue goals.

  • Assist in determining reimbursement methodologies using the National Drug Code (NDC).

  • Identify opportunities for new sales and partnerships.

  • Engage in on-site client engagements to foster trusted, collaborative relationships.

Requirements

  • Manage an organizational unit within a healthcare client (experience with Medicaid preferred).

  • Hold an active Pharmacist license and obtain a MD Pharmacist license within 6 months of hire).

  • Minimum 3 years of client-facing management experience providing services to large healthcare claims processing organizations, including a minimum of two (2) years of Pharmacy Point of Sale experience.

  • Possess PMP or other Project Management Certification (must be attained within 6 months of System Implementation).

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.

  • Experience in contract administration, project management, dispute resolution, personnel management, and status reporting.

  • Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis and experience in P&L management.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $110k-160K.
