- Remind to take medicine and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor the physical, mental and emotional conditions of clients and report changes.
- Run errands, assist with personal hygiene, and perform housekeeping tasks.
- Work with patients who have chronic illnesses or long-term disabilities.
- Perform basic home health care for clients.
- Work with the elderly, the developmentally or physically disabled, or patients in rehabilitation programs.
