Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bio-Process Engineering Specialist onsite in Omaha, Nebraska. This position will be responsible for process engineering as it relates to process development and scale up of processes or technologies of microbial, virus and cell cultivations, biomolecules concentration and purification and final formulation of veterinary vaccines and therapeutics. This person will need to have experience within cell culture, process development (PD) will have a focus in Vaccine and Biologicals processes development for Manufacturing. The team is responsible for new products process development and tech transfer working alongside your colleagues at BTS site support, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and R&D. Your main field of attention is to provide all round technological support on Vaccine and Biologicals Manufacturing of new (R&D) products. 75k-83k

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with/within cell cultures and virology
- At least 5 years of Industry experience and strong understand of Manufacturing processes (Pharma, Lab, Manufacturing, or Quality experience)
- Strong process development experience (Preferably with new products)
o Experience in bioprocess scale up and vaccine manufacturing.
o Experience documenting/writing/reporting protocols and data
o Experience working with bioreactors
- Must have experience working within a USDA/GMP/FDA regulated environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in order to coordinate with stakeholders and cross functional teams (R&D, Quality, ATS, BTS, Regulatory Affairs - Background or experience managing/planning projects
- Previous experience working with international/Global groups null
