Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician for a CNC machine shop. You will be responsible for performing facilities, preventative, and reactive maintenance. This will include plumbing/piping, HVAC equipment, CNC Mills (horizontal/vertical), CNC Grinders, accumulators, air handlers, blowers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, compressors, generators, sensors, circuit boards, modules, paint booth, test benches, hoists, forklifts, scissor lifts, etc. Some equipment ranges from the 1960s to newer models from 2015. You must be able to read blueprints, schematics, follow LOTO, install, and repair 480v 3-phase. You must be able to follow ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs. The ability to program them would be an advantage. Additionally, you should be able to fabricate shelves, locks, various parts, etc., as needed (Stick, MIG, TIG, Manual Machining, etc.). Occasionally, you may need to hang bulletin boards, plunge toilets, etc. You will be required to assist with decommissioning machinery to salvage parts as they continue to upgrade.

Facility is fairly clean. Parts of it are better lit than others. Working to upgrade the lighting system throughout to LEDs. The standard working hours are 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm. Some overtime is required for specific PMs, and additional overtime is available if desired.
