Job Title: Laminating Machine Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Laminating Machine Operator and take on the responsibility of mixing adhesive according to specified formulas, ensuring the first piece conforms to specifications, and setting up and operating the Lathe Machine as per operating procedures. Your role will involve interpreting job orders, maintaining the cleanliness of machines and work areas to SQF standards, and utilizing satellite containers for hazardous waste management. You will also verify the correct calculation of adhesive needed and determine the appropriate impression rollers for tasks. In addition, you will report quality issues, food safety violations, accidents, and unsafe conditions to the management team. Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for successful job performance.
