Aerotek General Production - HIRING ASAP in Elk Grove Village, Illinois
Description:
Candidates will be running machines on a daily basis.
The machines are set up for them and they are just running parts
Candidates will run different machines throughout the day, but all of them are very simple and bend/cut/punch/grind/weld metal to some degree.
There will be other duties, like assembly, inspection, palletizing, & other general labor duties
Will move candidates around to different jobs throughout the week to find out what the candidates are good at and what they like doing.
Production comes first though and candidates need to be open to doing other things.
Shift
6am - 2:30pm (M-F)
OT is offered as well - All OT is voluntary as well!
Work Environment
This company is a fabrication shop of about 20-30 people, family owned and operated.
They have been around for over 50+ years and are looking to grow/expand their business to take on the new customers they have recently added.
Music playing through loud speakers on the production floor as well.
