Description
Our client is in search of a dedicated Key Account Manager to join their team in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The Key Account Manager will be instrumental in managing several accounts, exploring business development opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales success across the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who is capable of navigating and providing exceptional service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development
• Develop and maintain business relationships.
• Maintaining strong relationships.
• Review accounts open orders, stock inventory, quotes, and the status of new projects and testing.
• Generate leads to increase revenue.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, submitting weekly reports.
This position will require you to be in the office on Monday & Friday and Travel Tuesday-Thursday. You will need to be able to travel locally, domestically, and internationally.
Requirements • Proficiency in using CRM and Dynamic CRM
• Experience in management systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven customer service skills
• Experience in key account management
• Familiarity with quoting and handling purchase orders
• Business development skills
