Job Title: Business Manager Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee and drive the operational and financial performance of our business. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between office staff, sales teams, and production while implementing strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: * Manage and mentor office staff, including administrative, sales support, and customer service teams. * Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring team alignment with business goals. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities. * Business Operations: * Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in order processing, scheduling, and interdepartmental communication. * Conduct job site visits to take and verify measurements and assess staff performance. * Provide Design and Project Management support. * Work with Shop Managers to order supplies and hardware. * Establish new employee on-boarding process. * Develop and implement systems to improve workflow and reduce inefficiencies. * Monitor and manage operational metrics to ensure the business meets performance targets. * Financial Oversight: * Manage budgets, track expenses including change orders, and ensure cost-effective practices. * Review financial reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. * Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. * Customer and Sales Support: * Ensure the highest standards of customer service by leading the office staff in resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction. * Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and optimize lead-to-order conversion rates. * Analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements. * Conduct site visits to meet with clients and build relationships. * Strategic Planning and Growth: * Collaborate with senior management to set goals and develop strategies for growth and profitability. * Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the business. * Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s brand and market presence. * Compliance and Risk Management: * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. * Address risks proactively to protect the company’s assets and reputation. Qualifications: * Experience: 5+ years of management experience in a business, manufacturing, or service-oriented environment. * Skills: * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate teams. * Cabinetry design experience * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting. * Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus. * Education: A bachelor’s degree in interior design, business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. * Traits: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving both short-term results and long-term growth.
