Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in ELGIN, Illinois. This role focuses on the financial industry, requiring a strong understanding of account reconciliation and data entry. Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
• Regularly update and maintain customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in accounts payable
• Execute check runs to maintain financial records
• Code invoices accurately for appropriate categorization
• Carry out data entry tasks related to accounts payable
• Process invoices, ensuring all details are accurate
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to manage Check Runs
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
