About the role:

The Order Management Analyst for LIV is a new position created to help provide insights and analysis to the Order Management Team. LIV is looking for an experienced candidate in the supply chain space that doesn’t shy away from deep dives and clunky data sets, and the challenge of turning them into insights, actions, and most importantly, results. LIV views this role as a critical cog in training and development. The right candidate is or can grow into a subject matter expert and excel in passing their knowledge to other participants in the order management, sales, and broader LIV team.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Be the subject matter expert for order management – understand the tiny details and minutiae that keep LIV’s orders running and use that knowledge to drive change.

  • Own the non-invoiced order process at LIV – Manage and track samples and giveback service and cost. Build a process that not only works for current system, but easily shifts into new order management system.

  • Own the data analyses and dashboards for the order management team. Run ad hoc analyses as needed for the Order Management Manager.

  • More importantly, anticipate needs before the team requests them and create important and easy-to-read dashboards that drive change and create value.

  • Partner with Order Management Manager to help build OMS at LIV to ensure best in class service.

  • Partner with sales to build tracking and analytics around customer orders. Use information to drive change both internally at LIV, and externally with partners.

  • After OMS work is completed, partner with AR analysts to drive change in deductions and collections. Be the point person for the customer service team in terms of understanding deductions research and the actions that minimize them.

  • Serve as lead trainer and backup as OM department is built.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business-related field).

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in CPG or beverage company.

  • Ability to take a set of data and turn it into insights and actions.

  • Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets.

  • Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

Work Environment:

  • Typical office environment with flexibility for industry events.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
