About the role:
Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, results-driven, Tech Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Technology Team. This role will project manage new system implementations including a new trade planning system and act as the team Scrum Master across other exciting technology workstreams across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain.
This position is essential for leading efforts to extend the Liquid I.V Tech Backbone and add capabilities such as TPM and integrations with the ERP (D365) and other applications including Demand & Supply Planning Software (Kinaxis). Whilst, consistently ensuring that our Tech Backbone capabilities are meeting internal customer needs and enable strategic objectives. Professionals with a background in rolling out business systems with familiarity with CPG will be ideal candidates. We require a professional who combines technical knowledge with strong project management abilities with proficiency in different methodologies such as Agile.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
Project managing new system implementations from technology selection to go-live and transition to BAU, ensuring objectives align with business goals across Liquid I.V’s Tech Backbone.
Partner cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance & Operations) and technology teams (Onshore & Offshore) to define and document business requirements and partner technology teams to manage successful OTIF delivery.
Create detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop and coordinate cutover and SIT/UAT scripts and test plans.
Enable delivery by facilitating agile ceremonies, optimizing processes, and helping the team clear blockers.
Act as the scrum master for team-level planning, tracking, measurement/metrics, reporting, providing visibility to the team and stakeholders.
Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations and risk remediation.
Monitor and report on the performance of technology projects against the planned objectives and metrics.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for management and audit purposes.
Liaise with internal technology teams and external vendors providing development and software services.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet project standards and requirements.
Lead change management initiatives related to new technology tool implementations, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
Develop training materials and provide support to end-users for maximizing the utilization of systems including TPM and it’s respective integrations.
Collaborate with H&W Collective & Unilever on joint tech initiatives, projects, and workflows to maximize synergies.
Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, legal standards, and best practices in IT governance.
Stay current with the latest Project Management methodologies o provide expert advice and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management. Experience with TPM and ERP implementations and relevant integrations preferred.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, ITIL, AgilePM) is a plus.
Highly organized and dependable individual with expertise in managing and/or implementing systems; experience with TPM & ERP systems preferred.
In-depth understanding of business processes and proven ability partnering business teams including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams throughout technology project implementation.
Proven ability to manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and readily adapt to change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Demonstrates objectivity, delivers results, and shows initiative.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,700 - $145,000 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
