Robert Half Accounting Manager in El Segundo, California
Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team in El Segundo, California. The Accounting Manager will have a significant role in the financial management and operations of our company. This includes the supervision of financial reporting, the establishment and enforcement of financial controls, and the management of accounting operations. This position will work a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee revenue accounting and ensure accuracy in financial reports
• Handle the month end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage inventory accounting and perform inventory analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits
• Supervise and train the accounting team to ensure best practices are followed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and mix of public audit and private industry large company ($500mm+ revenue) month end close experience are required. Prior supervisory experience is also required.
