Spark Theory Innovations has an immediate need for a Wireless Customer Service Associate who is punctual, reliable, and great at communications to take our team to new heights. Weve recently signed a contract with Verizon to assist in the rollout and promotion of their newest 5G products and services.
The core function of the Wireless Customer Service Associate will be to meet with decision-makers, provide information regarding Verizons new products and technology, address questions and concerns, and process new order requests. As the Wireless Customer Service Associate, you will assist the sales team in analyzing and implementing innovative ways to drive customer acquisition and create a sales pipeline. Our Wireless Customer Service Associate team supports new customers through each step of the order process to ensure complete customer satisfaction and guarantee Spark Theorys and Verizons goals are achieved.
The Wireless Customer Service Associate Will:
- Communicate with customers directly to provide Verizon product and technology information
- Handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism, and ease
- Provide tailored product and service recommendations by building strong customer relationships and identifying their wants and needs
- Accurately input confidential customer information into our database using our POS software
- Represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive customer satisfaction and client retention
- Assist the sales team by generating leads, creating a referral pipeline, and evaluating the sales lifecycle
We are looking for a Wireless Customer Service Associate to have:
- A High School Diploma / GED equivalent is required
- A degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is highly desirable
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Associate, serving, or sales role
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- The ability to be versatile and flexible
- A positive outlook, fun attitude, and enjoys interacting with others
