Honeywell Lead Field Service Technician in El Paso, Texas

As a Lead Automation Technician - Fire and Security here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and expertise for our fire and security solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

The salary for this position is ($69,000- 86,250). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our fire and security solutions

  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our fire and security solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on fire and security solutions

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in fire and security technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in project management and execution

  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
