Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities: - Perform commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed - Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed - Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

-Must be 35 years or older -Willing to work as soon as possible - Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
