Kelly® is looking for a Human Resources Business Advisor to work at a premier client in El Paso for a temporary-to-hire type opportunity. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.
Pay: $22 / hr.
Hours : 8:30 am - 8:30 pm EST or 6:30 am - 6:30 pm CST Monday - Friday (flexible hours - 40 per week)

What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Business Advisor? You’ll be :
Interfacing with clients to provide HR advisory support and service
Educating clients on human resources tools, information, and best practices
Leveraging every client touchpoint to create value for the client
Scheduling training and future meetings with the client as appropriate
Executing inbound and outbound client communications
Adhering to internal policies and procedures
Transitioning between a wide variety of HR competencies quickly and proficiently
Reporting to the HR Solutions Manager
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Have 2-3 years HR experience, at least 1 year of generalist experience
Have knowledge of federal and state law, compliance requirements, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, performance management, termination of employment, rewards and recognition, occupational safety and health, leaves of absence and other HR related topics
Have experience with HR Solutions products, features and capabilities
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
