Protective Industrial Products Data Entry & Production Associate in El Paso, Texas

Come Join our Fun and Fast-Paced production team of skilled fabric technicians at our El Paso facility. We specialize in Short and Medium production runs as well as prototyping all types of industrial and cleanroom garments. Primarily working with lighter weight fabrics. We are a bi-lingual work environment (English and Spanish).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains database by entering new and updated receipt information.

  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

  • Establishes entry priorities.

  • Processes Packing List by receiving and performing builds of Production orders using Quickbooks

  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.

  • Prepares daily shipments by creating Pick/Pack paperwork from Eclipse/Etrerm system

  • Creates Excel packing list for materials to contractors

  • Assures correct customs paperwork is done when paperwork required

  • Prepares Fedex/UPS labels for daily shipments using Proship System

  • Creates Bill Of Ladings for LTL carriers for all Vendor and required customer shipments

  • Follow up with carriers to assure freight has been collected and in route

  • As per Warehouse Manager directions, reviews carrier cost when quoting for best cost/service

  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program procedures.

  • Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

  • Daily filing of all paperwork

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Data entry experience or related office experience

  • Basic computer courses preferred, Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint, Teams

  • Quickbooks, Epicor Eclipse

  • Fedex & UPS ship manager software; Proship

  • BOL creation experience
