Job Description Our Opportunity: Retirement Business Services (RBS), a division within Schwab Advisor Services, provides trust, custody, trading, and technical services through the Business Trust Division of Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and Schwab Retirement Technologies. RBS is growing rapidly by providing retirement plan trust and custody services to Independent Recordkeepers (Recordkeepers), Registered Investment Advisors (Advisor) and Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and leads the industry in servicing retirement plans through intermediary relationships. What you’ll do: The Client Services Administrator (CSA) is a member of a team of CSAs which, together, support a specific group of client relationships by ensuring all service levels are met on a daily basis. Key functions of the CSA include but are not limited to: • Answer general client services hotline calls, respond to emails. • Responsible for sending internal reports to clients • Assist with the Account Closing process and following up after plans have left • Research and respond to client issues and inquiries related to password resets, SRC access, and various other areas of product knowledge and support • Meet established service level standards. • Manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality • Responsible for presenting a professional image of Schwab in all communications. • Collaborate with internal partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues • Assist Client Service Managers with projects as assigned Buyer Organization: Charles Schwab Inc. (Sales Tax)

High Volume call center exp – 25-35 calls a day, 5-15 mins avg call time, *Inbound calls - phone only experience Financial Services is a huge plus Customer services/communications What are the metrics they’ll be measured on? How close they adhere to their schedule – 2 x 15 min breaks and 2 x 30 min breaks- must meet 85% adherence After the call work - time should be 15% or less Time on a call - If in bottom 20% (taking too long), they will dig in to see why What will training look like? Hours? Shadowing? 2-2.5 weeks - classroom time and on the job learning - taking calls with some shadowing They are trying to figure out training schedule asap – leaning toward same hours as shift. They need them to be flexible with any shift (will help to know what the shifts will be) They will cover EST time zone so leaning towards 8:30 am MT -5-6pm MT Are there any opportunities to extend past 6 months? Not sure What type of inquiries do they get? General about ira accounts, calling in to service it- take out distributions, ask for a check or move funds from ira to brokerage, this person will process, Questions about tax forms, How to make a contribution
