Role Details:
Onsite in El Paso, TX
A rapidly growing team within retirement programs
Assisting with customer hotline calls including: general requests., password resets, etc
Qualified candidates should have:
Some experience in customer service (call center preferred)
Experience working with MS Office programs, including Teams, Windows, etc
Ability to document in computer programs while communicating over the phone
