*Responsibilities: *
- Serve and work as Customers first line of communication.
Enter Load Tender as an order entry. Include rate entry, and upfront accessorial charges.
Maintain good phone etiquette with customers.
Set up appointments for deliveries and pickups regarding freight.
Manage and input service failures into system.
Maintaining customer profiles
Responsible for monitoring and tracing loads so that follow up can be made to Customers regarding pickups and or deliveries
Update Customers in a timely and proactive manner. Update Spreadsheets, customer websites, emails, regarding all loads or issues.
Anticipate and facilitated problem resolution on all load issues to meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction.
Refer Customers to proper departments if/when necessary ( i.e. billing, claims, etc.)
Maintain knowledge of customer contractual requirements relative to trailer pools in order to gain optimum utilization of company equipment.
Create monthly reports regarding on time delivery for customers as well as participate on any service oriented conference calls.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company and customer requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
