Cashier

At Fire sale Bin Store, we provide a fun and unique shopping experience for clients to dig through overstock, scratch and dent, costumers return, open box and their general liquidation merchandise from big box retailers and online superstores of varying categories at a set daily price. Each week receive thousands of different items with and everything must go pricing model.

Cashier Skills and Responsibilities:

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

• Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers purchases.

• Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
• Bags purchases if needed.
• Collects payments by accepting cash, credit card, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
• Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording drivers license number; and operating credit card authorization systems.
• Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
• Provides pricing information by answering questions.
• Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Clean restrooms and sales floor as needed
