Individual must be efficient and can multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. Be resourceful, a good problem solver and have superior organizational skills plus dedicated to completing projects in a timely manner. Be able to generate memos, emails, and reports in a professional matter when appropriate.   • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Assist project manager in the execution of the management plan for assigned projects.

Attend project meetings and take detailed minutes

Create excel spreadsheets as needed

Assist in the preparation of construction binders

Create and maintain subcontractor list on new projects

Delivery and pickup documentation as needed

Make calls or send email to subcontractors as instructed by the project manager.

Track and directly report project status updates to project manager.

Organize, file and maintain all current project documents.

Enter information into and manage the digital project databases.

Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications.

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed

Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.

Work with and deal with concerns of field personnel.

Ensure site supervisors are provided with proper documentation related to the project.
