Our ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The primary responsibility will be to answer all incoming calls and greet visitors in our lobby. Having a positive attitude is a must as the receptionist will work closely with all department heads and employees. Time management and highly competent computer skills will also be critical to the success of this role.
Primary Office Responsibilities:
Manage and utilize Microsoft Office Products for all day-to-day tasks.
Data entry using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Operate multi-function phone system
Perform other clerical receptionist duties given by Management
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is presentable, with all necessary material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Requirements:
Must Pass Drug Testing and Background Check
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in an office administration role or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
