We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Network professional to lead and optimize our global supply chain network. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding, improving, and managing an efficient and resilient supply chain network that supports our business objectives. The scope of the role will include areas throughout the Supply Chain including Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Inventory Management, Data Modeling, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment, Backorder Management, and others. The senior supply chain planner has responsibility for the indirect governance to ensure Mozarc requisitions are aligned with policies and procedures for both Mozarc and Medtronic.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team and help us optimize our regional supply chain processes, has responsibility for the indirect governance to ensure Mozarc requisitions are aligned with policies and procedures for both Mozarc and Medtronic.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the seamless flow of materials, products, and information across our supply chain.

A Day in the Life

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and execution of supply chain strategies. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain solutions and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.

  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.

  • Develops and executes long-term strategies that will optimize Mozarc’s position in terms of quality, cycle/response time, technology, risk, and total cost.

  • Network Design and Optimization: Develop and implement supply chain network strategies that maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure high service levels. Analyze and optimize network design, including distribution centers, transportation routes, and inventory positioning.

  • Strategic Planning: Lead long-term supply chain planning initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals and customer requirements.

  • Analyze demand forecasts and inventory health, then adjust supply plans accordingly to meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Facilitate alignment and cross functional progress among teams.

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize both excess stock and stockouts.

  • Conduct regular reviews of supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, execute solutions, and sustain positive business outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, business management, international business, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management

  • Advanced English (C1 or B2+) - Strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing) with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders. (B2+)

  • ERP knowledge (oracle, SAP, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, planning, Excel, Power BI, and organizational skills.

  • Perform data analytics, segment suppliers, forecast demand, and identify baselines that meet prioritized business requirements; high skills on Excel, Power Bi, Data Management is a must.

  • Proven ability to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of regional supply chain regulations and industry best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Professional certification such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or similar.

  • SAP Centerpiece/S4 Hana Knowledge.

  • Medical device experience.

  • Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and associated sub-tier suppliers.

  • Experience in a global supply chain environment.

  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
