Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will operate machinery, measure products, and load/unload material. The main product is rubber hoses, and the role involves heavy lifting (50-80 lbs). You will start in the Scrap department for 1-2 weeks of training, which is the most physical. Following this, you will work in the Acqua Traxx department for 1-2 months, where you will run machinery, measure with calipers, and occasionally use a microscope. You will also read labels and basic quality reports. Eventually, you may move to the Hose department, which is less physically demanding.

This is a fully on-site position in El Cajon, California.

Work Environment

The work environment is very warm in the summer with fans provided, and chilly in the winter as it is not climate-controlled. The dress code is flexible due to these conditions. The environment is noisy, and ear plugs will be provided. A video is available to give candidates a better understanding before submitting.
