Description
Our client is a respected leader in the HVAC industry, providing top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to both residential and commercial clients. They are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support their growing team and help drive operational excellence within the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR documents, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Benefits Administration: Support the enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting of employee benefits programs.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, assisting with audits and reporting as required.
Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and maintain training records.
Payroll Assistance: Work with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee pay and related matters.
HR Projects: Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs, such as performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department and leadership team as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative support role, ideally within the HVAC or a similar technical industry.
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
