Semper Solaris HR Business Partner in El Cajon, California

Semper Solaris is the fastest growing residential roofing, HVAC, and solar installation company in the industry. With 5 locations across California, we are growing and looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to join our San Diego team!

Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will perform a wide variety of comprehensive duties. The ideal candidate will be highly computer literate and proficient in utilizing MS Office Suite, have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides input on strategic people objectives for business units.

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

  • Leads and supports strategic business partners with performance management, development, and coaching as needed.

  • Adhere to all company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex relations issues.

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
