Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $25 - $40 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Clerical Worker:
Greeting visitors and answering phones
Filing forms and documents
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendor
Maintain a neat and organized office environment
Duties include answering phones, email correspondence with customers, order processing, sales support, coordinating outbounds shipments and deliveries, etc.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift - Day
Job requirements:
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Excel and some bookkeeping preferred
Applicant must posses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as have experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Our ideal candidate will have a strong Administrative / Customer Service background with good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
