About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Contract Manager for Integrated Facility Management, where you’ll lead client relationship and CBRE service delivery. You will inspire and lead team of dedicated professionals, ensure top quality of vendor services, take ownership of service delivery, and drive innovation through technology. You will have the opportunity to negotiate contracts, grow accounts, and build high-performing teams, this role is perfect for a dynamic leader with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

What you will do:

Financial Management

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting : Manage financial planning and budgeting for the CBRE client contract, with strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of P&L/finance.

  • Price Negotiations : Negotiate pricing with vendors and external partners to optimize costs for service delivery to the client.

  • Procurement & Vendor Contracts : Manage vendor contracts and oversee procurement processes.

Relationship Management

  • Client Relationship Management : Manage the relationship with the client, requiring strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Upselling and Growth : Identify upselling opportunities and foster the growth of the client relationship.

  • Vendor Management : Manage relationships with vendors providing services not performed by the dedicated team, such as cleaning, catering, security, etc.

Operations Management

  • Service Delivery Ownership : Take full ownership of service delivery to the client, focusing on quality and efficiency.

  • Team Management : Lead a team of dedicated resources assigned to the client, including maintenance technicians, contract administrators, facility coordinators, and reception staff.

  • Staffing and Performance Management : Oversee staffing decisions and manage team performance, ensuring the right talent is in place and aligned with project needs.

  • Innovation : Be a self-starter, think outside the box, and actively use technology to improve processes.

  • Facility Services Management : Coordinate all facility services and ensure the efficient management of day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
