How will you make an impact?

We are looking for an expert Global Marketing Manager to develop and support the execution of marketing campaigns using a customer centric, go to market approach. You will be a key contributor within the Materials Science marketing team. We drive demand for products and solutions used to structurally and chemically analyze and characterize various materials in academic and industrial markets. We work within a highly matrixed organization to develop integrated multi-channel marketing plans and complete tactical projects to achieve marketing metrics and other annual operating plan objectives.

What will you do?

The Global Marketing Manager will partner up with product management and applications development to build and implement go-to-market strategies aligned to business goals and customer requirements in industrial markets. Design target campaigns based on real demands of customer segments and combine product knowledge, market understanding to prepare impactful campaign messaging, content, tactics/channel selection and sales enablement materials. Tactics can include content development, digital/physical events, sales toolkits and channel marketing activities such as web page content, email, digital/print advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.

How will you get there?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

  • Proven track record working across multiple organisations to deliver on go-to-market plans and successful completion of projects

  • Strong marketing skills and experience in developing marketing strategy including customer segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, sales funnels, and staging and pacing of tactical programs

  • Proven success developing and carrying out digital marketing initiatives for product portfolios in industrial markets including lead nurturing, marketing automation, trigger-based emails, SEO/SEM, display online advertising, social media, and web/microsites.

  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to make decisions based on data

  • Excellent communicator, highly skilled at forging connections and establishing relationships at all levels of the business

  • Experience marketing technical products to industrial markets preferred

  • Travel is required (15%) and may be international.
