About the Role
As a Executive Assistant you will contribute to all kind of activities that optimize the time efficiency of the Country Manager including logistics, communication, coordination and running you will be based at Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven, you will be the personal assistant for the Country Manager performing a wide range of administrative and logistics activities for its Management Team Benelux.
Area of Responsibility
Contributing to all kind of activities that optimize the time efficiency of our Country Manager.
Acting as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
You organize and manage events, trips, and meetings from within our company.
Handling expense reports, purchase orders and requests.
Supporting with the logistics organization of the cluster in terms of communication (email, telephone), coordination (agenda) and information processing.
Collaborate and support with the reception staff.
Your Qualifications & Experience
Educational background and experience include office management, administration or similar, preferably with 3-5 years on a similar role.
Trusted with initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information.
You need to be highly flexible, discrete, adapting your schedule to the business needs when necessary.
Working independently and assertively.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SAP, Salesforce, and Teams.
Excellent communicator in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasking and having an eye for detail come natural to you.
