POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key contributor to financing and credit, the account manager will use their talent and creativity to make a real impact on the success of Canadian entrepreneurs. They will leverage his strengths and network of contacts by identifying opportunities to accelerate the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs and developing business opportunities, both in financing and consulting. CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Meet with entrepreneurs and clients to diagnose their issues, provide them with advice and identify BDC service offers, appropriate to their business needs;
Execute a marketing plan aligned with the objectives of the Business Centre;
Ensure the growth and retention of current clients in your portfolio;
Analyze, negotiate and present high quality loan proposals by exercising a sound credit judgment;
Be proactive within the portfolio to identify opportunities to consult with clients to meet their needs and accelerate their growth
Develop the internal network in order to be efficient in the daily management of the portfolio (modifications, disbursements, credit, etc.)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Do you have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a field deemed equivalent?
Do you have good financial analysis skills?
Do you have a professional accounting designation? If so, it is an asset.
You are passionate about entrepreneurship and you have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with sales objectives, as well as a good knowledge of the business environment in your region?
You are known for your canvassing, your sense of listening and you have a sixth sense that allows you to identify the issues and business needs of entrepreneurs?
Do your clients and business contacts remember you for the accuracy of your advice, your proactivity and your outstanding customer service?
Are you a team player who builds effective and lasting relationships with your peers, business contacts and external partners?
Are you active in your community by participating in associations or being a member of a chamber of commerce?
