Overview:
As a Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting software requirements and working with Software Designers to ensure proposed solutions meet the needs. You'll also present the criteria and review the potential solutions to receive product owner sign-off. The Product Business Analyst also supports the system test development to validate that the requirements have been met correctly.
In this role, you will:
Work with internal requirement documentation tools.
Effectively use proprietary modeling techniques using Microsoft Visio.
Synthesize requirements from multiple clients and create product requirements and use cases.
Bridge the gap between project requirements and product requirements.
Utilize highly developed organizational, time management, and planning skills.
Participate in the documentation and integration of requests for new product functionality from customers, and business partners.
Demonstrate top-tier written and verbal communication skills and have exemplary attention to detail.

Analytical skills
The ability to digest and understand a large body of product documentation and begin to make meaningful contributions.
Modeling skills
Use of Microsoft Visio and mastering modeling techniques currently in use.
Technical skills
- Understand the product capabilities and align and integrate necessary changes with the existing functionality.
Critical thinking ability
- Business Analysts help others see conflicting details from different perspectives.
Decision-making skills
- Show sound judgment in a wide variety of complex business matters. Ability to assess a situation, draw on input from stakeholders and business domain experience, and propose a course of action.
Multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated success in the simultaneous delivery of multiple projects and programs.
Additional qualifications include:
CBAP certification and familiarity with the BA Body of Knowledge (BABOK) is desired.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Management.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
Preferably has experience working on a product development team.
Minimal travel required.
