Description
We are in search of a Tax Manager to join our team in the Public industry, located in Edmonds, Washington. As a Tax Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing tax planning, compliance, preparation, and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team, conducting tax research, and providing tax advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee tax planning procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Prepare tax returns and handle any related queries
• Conduct tax research to remain updated on current tax laws and standards
• Provide tax advice to clients to aid their financial planning
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient tax planning and compliance
• Apply strategies for annual income tax provision
• Ensure adherence to auditing standards and compliance with tax laws
• Manage a team, fostering leadership skills and promoting a positive work environment
• Advise on entity formation and tax planning strategies
• Utilize CaseWare for efficient management of client data and tax planning.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Must have experience with CaseWare
• Proficient in Annual Income Tax Provision
• Familiarity with Auditing processes
• Understands Compliance requirements and procedures
• Acquainted with Entity Formation
• Proficiency in Tax Planning Strategies
• Ability to Prepare Tax Returns
• Demonstrates Leadership Skills
• Knowledge of Tax - Research & Planning is a must
