JYS Total Lawn Care Inc. seeks 13 temp FT Landscape Workers from 4/1/2024 to 12/1/2024 Duties: Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off of all lawns. Haul off clippings, weeding, mulching, and planting flowerbeds. Trimming shrubs, install plant material and trees. Will use riding lawnmowers and push mowers, trimmers, edgers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws. Will use wheelbarrows or buckets to haul topsoil and mulch.Employer will provide the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform duties assigned. No exp. Req. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Worksite 7723 N. Burn Rd, Edmond, OK 73025 and worksites in Oklahoma and Logan County. \$16.15/hr Mon-Fri 40 hrs/week. Shifts from 7am-4pm. OT may be available at \$24.22. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid weekly, the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by H2B worker. If the workers completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59 per day with receipts.
