Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Brunswick Township, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a corporate, busy office space that is fast-moving. The position involves prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be capable of lifting up to 10 lbs.

What You'll Do:

Join our team as a Property Administrative Assistant and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of property maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance, inspections, and repairs, maintaining calendars for preventive maintenance, and preparing essential maintenance-related documents like work orders and purchase orders. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining safety records, conducting safety audits, and managing communications with residents about maintenance updates. You will also handle phone and email inquiries related to maintenance, coordinate with vendors and contractors, draft correspondence and memos, manage office supplies, and assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-2 years in an Administrative field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Effective communication
