Aerotek Class B Cdl Driver in Edison, New Jersey
Class B CDL Driver
Pay: $24-25/hr (dependent on experience)
Shift: 1st shift - Hours may vary (Range between 4am-5am start time)
Location: Linden, NJ
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Class B drivers for first shift positions, who are willing to engage in city driving and handle freight unloading responsibilities. Drivers will operate throughout Westchester, NYC and parts of New Jersey for this role. Driver must have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients.
Skills:
Minimum 12 months of driving experience with CDL B
Proficiency in manual pallet jack operation
Ability to perform heavy lifting and utilize lift gate
Valid CDL Class B license
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Work Site
This position is based out of Linden, NJ. It is an East Coast driving position that is home daily. It is a Warehouse/Distribution facility.
Work Environment
This position involves operating a 29-foot box truck and performing physical activities such as heavy lifting. Proficiency in English is mandatory as the role is customer-facing.
