Role

Proficiencies

Use your communication and design talents and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Adobe, Sketch, Stensul, Video Production Tools such as Camtasia, etc. to bring concepts and messages to life through presentation materials, marketing materials, Videos and more for a wide range of audiences (senior internal stakeholders, external clients, client-facing teams and more)

  • Design marketing materials for external and internal use such as brochures, flyers, emails, PowerPoint decks, videos, and more

  • Collaborate with many teams located around the Globe to understand client and employee needs and problems as well as the solutions being developed to address those and use your communication and design skills to tell a story about how the impact of these solutions

  • Collaborate with technology product owners and change management workstream leads to understand solution features, new processes, client benefits, etc.

  • Application of brand identity system, typography, photography, color and other ingredients to create innovative visuals that meet the needs of the business.

  • Bring new ideas to the table for design trends, infographics, photography and new ways of improving the creative output.

  • Exceptional design and storytelling skills, including content and copywriting.

  • Scrupulous attention to detail and pride in your work.

  • Software skills: Proficient user of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc. Developing knowledge or interest in any or all of the following: Sketch, Aftereffects, Stensul, Premiere, XD, Zeplin, Invision, etc. a plus.

  • Keen and upbeat collaborator with colleagues.

  • Hard-working with a can-do attitude to getting projects done and delivered on time.

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to confidently discuss work with senior colleagues and clients.

  • Digital, design or advertising agency experience an advantage.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and the ability to balance multiple projects and tight timelines is a must.

Our hybrid work model
