The Regional Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Commercial and Carrier Product Marketing within the broader corporate Marketing team. This role will play a pivotal role in orchestrating targeted marketing efforts across our major regions. This position requires a tactical and strategic approach to developing regional marketing strategies that support sales objectives and drive market growth. Responsibilities Regional Marketing Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to aid sales and stimulate growth in key regions. Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and management of region-specific marketing, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and webinars. Regional Event and Sponsorship Management: Organize and manage regional events and sponsorships, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and analysis to understand market trends and regional specifics, informing strategy and execution. Local Engagement: Strengthen and manage relationships with key local chamber of commerce and partners to support regional marketing efforts and community involvement. Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop supportive marketing materials and training, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with company goals and customer needs. Manage the community engagement specialist. Content Management: Oversee the marketing materials in Highspot, our content management system, ensuring all sales and marketing content is current and relevant and effectively supports sales initiatives. Regularly audit and update marketing and sales materials to ensure brand consistency and relevancy. Key Deliverables: Targeted Marketing Strategies for Key Regions Effective Regional Campaigns Enhanced Customer Partnerships and Engagement Strategic Local Alliances Sales Support Materials and Training Comprehensive Market Insights Event strategy, on-site brand presence/messaging and coordination support Cross-Functional Project Strategies Content Management Optimization Qualifications 8+ years of marketing experience; telecom or business IT knowledge preferred with at least two years' experience in a regional facing role. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience. Knowledge of telecommunications, technology, applications, marketplace. Worked in competitive environments in both large and small companies successfully. Proven ability to create, implement and manage marketing programs. Strong attention to detail. Project status and timeline management. Ability to use analytics for decision-making and problem solving. Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well and quickly under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent leadership, verbal & written communication and presentation skills. Work well with minimum supervision. Quick and solution oriented, high energy and positive. Execution focused, large c pacity for multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholders. Solid business skills including writing, presentations, analysis and program development. "Sales as my customer" marketing focus and temperament. Proficient in Salesforce, Highspot, Pardot, Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot table skills preferred), PowerPoint, etc. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
