Description
A busy, well-established law firm in Edina, MN, is hiring for a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an expansion seat, and the role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success.
1 day/week remote offered after in-office training.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with a full litigation caseload, ensuring timely and accurate case management.
Conduct thorough reviews and summaries of medical records.
Track and manage deadlines for court filings, discovery responses, and case milestones.
Draft and manage discovery, including responding to interrogatories and requests for production.
Coordinate and communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ideally with a focus on defense-side cases.
Strong experience with medical records review and summarization.
Familiarity with case management software and legal document systems.
Familiarity with discovery processes, including managing documents and responding to requests.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
