Broadridge is hiring! Were seeking a Head of Intelligent Automation in Enterprise IT is a pivotal leadership role responsible for spearheading the adoption and implementation of intelligent automation technologies within the Enterprise Infrastructure organization. This role is dedicated to enhancing IT operational efficiency, service delivery, and reliability through the strategic deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and related technologies. The Head of Intelligent Automation will drive the transformation of IT processes to automate routine tasks, optimize workflows, and support the organizations digital transformation initiatives.

Work Modes- We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic IT Automation Leadership: Develop a visionary intelligent automation strategy specifically for IT operations, aligning with the broader organizational digital transformation goals.

  • AIOps Integration: Lead the integration of AIOps solutions to automate and improve IT operational processes, such as real-time analytics for performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated incident response.

  • IT Process Optimization: Identify IT operational processes and systems that are candidates for automation, prioritizing those with high impact on efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

  • Automation Solutions Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across IT operations, including infrastructure management, service desk operations, and application support.

  • Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, select, and manage cutting-edge automation technologies and tools that best fit the IT operational needs and organizational goals.

  • Team Building and Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team of IT automation specialists, analysts, and developers to innovate and implement automation solutions.

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks and controls around the automation initiatives, ensuring adherence to IT security, risk management standards, and compliance regulations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Delivery leadership, business units, and external partners to ensure the automation strategy is fully integrated and aligned with all IT and business objectives.

  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT automation projects, leveraging insights for continuous process improvement and strategic decision-making.

  • Change Management and Training: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new automation tools and processes within IT, providing necessary training and support to IT staff and end-users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Extensive experience in a leadership role focusing on IT process automation, digital transformation, or IT operations, with a proven track record of delivering efficiency improvements and innovation.

  • In-depth knowledge of intelligent automation technologies (RPA, AI, ML) and their application in an IT context.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex IT environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and service management best practices.

Compensation Range:The salary range for this position is between $260,000-$280,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
