Treasury Wine Estates Vineyard Supervisor - Barossa South Vineyards in Eden Valley, Australia
About the role
As a Vineyard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day to day vineyard operations and supervising a team of 10 operators and 40 to 50 contract staff throughout the year.
Lead team culture and help deliver results
Manage vineyard operations across multiple sites including tractor and machinery operations, Irrigation operations and site and machinery maintenance.
Ensure operators are trained and competent, and machinery is setup correctly.
Help drive innovation and sustainability projects.
Coordinate seasonal contract labour teams and liaise with contract service providers
Coordinate harvest intake
About you
We are seeking someone who enjoys leading people and has a focus on continuous improvement and safety across the site.
Vineyard, agriculture and farming operations experience is a big plus!
Great organization and communication skills.
Ability to lead others and previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.
Computer savvy, good record keeping and the full Microsoft Office package.
