Treasury Wine Estates Vineyard Supervisor - Barossa South Vineyards in Eden Valley, Australia

About the role

As a Vineyard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day to day vineyard operations and supervising a team of 10 operators and 40 to 50 contract staff throughout the year.

  • Lead team culture and help deliver results

  • Manage vineyard operations across multiple sites including tractor and machinery operations, Irrigation operations and site and machinery maintenance.

  • Ensure operators are trained and competent, and machinery is setup correctly.

  • Help drive innovation and sustainability projects.

  • Coordinate seasonal contract labour teams and liaise with contract service providers

  • Coordinate harvest intake

About you

We are seeking someone who enjoys leading people and has a focus on continuous improvement and safety across the site.

  • Vineyard, agriculture and farming operations experience is a big plus!

  • Great organization and communication skills.

  • Ability to lead others and previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.

  • Computer savvy, good record keeping and the full Microsoft Office package.
