Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Analyzing demand requirements to create procurement and production schedules for area of responsibility.Working closely with the manufacturing team and value stream leadership to determine how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost to meet businessProviding a high degree of planning analysis to develop and maintain operating rhythm to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demandResponsible for coordinating with internal and external suppliers, and various business teams to meet service, cost, and Inventory targetsKnowing, understanding, and improving key metrics like Backorders, Lead Time Adherence, OTIF, Inventory, etc. These topics will require daily communications and participation in the Tier processIdentifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with managementUtilize Supply Chain tools and processes such as QAD, Peoplesoft, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventoryYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTwo (2) years' of supply chain, planning, or logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, production operations, materials, or business management or engineeringExperience in Production Planning or with an MRP systemAdvanced data analysis including Power BI, Invento & Microsoft Excel skillsAPICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursueLean Six Sigma experience or similar certification or trainingDemonstrated Leadership skills, Collaboration skills, Process Improvements, Change ImplementationWork Location: On-site (Eden Prairie,MN)Travel: May include up to 5% domesticRelocation Assist nce: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
