Participate in gathering, analyzing, testing and deployment activities of complex technical business. Develop and modify daily, weekly, quarterly reports and dashboards. Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards according to business requirements which helps business to understand data and take key decisions. Write complex queries, views, functions and stored procedures to extract data from database. Monitor and run key complex business processes. Write complex queries and procedures for fetching data and run batch jobs. Assist in creating and automating shell scripts to transform and load data into database and create dashboards according to the business requirements. Schedule, monitor and maintain batch jobs in workload scheduler. Fix productions issues related to application functionality on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Partner with application and delivery teams in requirements and design phases and provide functional and non-functional requirement inputs from production support. Monitor all business applications, servers, logs etc. for performance and key metrics in real time and fix any issues or errors according to the requirement. Monitor all Mass Health (Agent, Assistor, Individual) portals for any issues with business logics or performance. Track business requirements, incidents and PIMs (Production Issue Management). Work and support critical deployment releases and support weekly and monthly application maintenance.
