As an entry-level Sales Operations CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Operations team in optimizing and standardizing CRM processes to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness at Fortra. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to various aspects of sales operations and enablement. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data integrity and perform routine data cleansing tasks.
  • Provide CRM support including triaging intake requests from Sales and other departments.
  • Assist the Sales Operations team with CRM migration and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM process enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Assist in developing and generating regular and ad hoc audit reports related to data hygiene and duplicated records. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
  • Create and update training materials and documentation related to CRM workflows, guidelines, features, and functionalities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and issues. Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance as needed, escalating more complex issues to lead practitioners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and effective scalability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations preferably in a software/technology
  • Strong analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and concepts
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
