Aerotek Production Line Operator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

1st Shift: Production Line Operator & Weekly Pay $20-22!

Job Description

The Production Operator I is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks related to the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical medical devices. All tasks are completed in accordance with the client's Quality System, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), Engineering Prints, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test products to meet customer demand and verify design specification requirements.

  • Generate Quality System Records on applicable documentation and perform timely transactions online utilizing ERP/MRP systems.

  • Participate in continuous improvement by assisting personnel with process, documentation, and material improvements.

  • Perform other duties or projects as required.

Essential Skills

  • 3 - 5 years of electro/mechanical medical operations experience or an advanced degree in operations..

  • Proficiency in the use of mechanical assembly tools.

  • Advanced level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRP Systems and databases.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP’s), ISO regulations, and Quality Systems as it pertains to hardware manufacturing at Medical Device Manufacturers.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes including problem-solving.

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation (e.g., record traceability information onto routers, and transact materials online).

  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs

  • English

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
